When choosing your shipping option please consider the fact that all orders will be sent out the following Business Day. UPS picks up and delivers orders Monday through Friday only! DURING WARM WEATHER MONTHS WE ONLY SHIP ORDERS OUT ON MONDAY & TUESDAY OF EACH WEEK PACKED WITH FROZEN GELL PACKS TO PROTECT THE CHOCOLATES FROM MELTING!! REMEMBER: THAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED ASAP WHEN THOSE ITEMS RETURN TO OUR STOCK. DURING THE HOLIDAYS SUCH AS EASTER, MOTHER'S DAY, SWEETEST DAY, AND MOST OF ALL CHRISTMAS, YOU MUST ALLOW 3-5 DAYS FOR PROCESSING YOUR ORDERS!!!
For example, if your order comes in on Wednesday and you select 2nd Day Air as your shipping option, UPS will pick up that order on Thursday and deliver it 2 Business Days later which would be the following Monday. 2nd Day Air means 2 Business Days of traveling following the day they pick up the package.
Please remember that UPS does not count the pick up day as one of the traveling days and they only deliver Monday-Friday and not on Holidays!
The same is true for the 3 Day Select Shipping option. It typically takes 3 BUSINESS DAYS after UPS picks up the order from Heggy's. If you order on Tuesday, UPS picks it up on Wednesday, they deliver it 3 Business Days later on the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: ALLOW 4-5 DAY PROCESSING TIME ON ORDERS, DURING HIGH VOLUME HOLIDAY SEASONS, BEFORE WE SHIP! AGAIN, PLEASE REMEMBER IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER ASAP, IN THESE CASES WE WILL STILL SHIP VIA YOUR UPS CHOICE ON THE ORDER!!
